By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought for a suitable direction to the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to decide the proceedings of Case No.35 of 2021, new No.8527 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202305470108527) (Ram Swaroop Gupta v. Babu Lal and others), under Section 133 Cr.P.C. within stipulated time. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that proceeding of this case is pending since 2021, but no progress has been made so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within some specific time frame. 4. The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj to decide the proceedings of Case No.35 of 2021, new No.8527 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202305470108527) (Ram Swaroop Gupta v. Babu Lal and others), under Section 133 Cr.P.C., expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
