The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. The Hon’ble Court be pleased to issue any appropriate order or direction or a writ, more particularly, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents herein due to regularize the services of petitioner along with a consequential benefits in the interest of justice and equity. b. To pass such other orders that this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. c. The essential claim of the petitioner is for the regularization of the services of the petitioner. However, the petitioner has superannuated in the mother of June 2022. Hence, the question of now regularising the services of a person who has superannuated would not arise. 3. As such, the petition stands dismissed.
