HON'BLE ANISH KUMAR GUPTA, J.
1. Heard Shri Navin Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri K.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Authority.
2. The present review application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking review of our order dated 17.04.2025 by which the writ petition has been dismissed observing that the list of street vendors prepared on basis of survey conducted in the year 2018 is still not exhausted and, consequently, the claim of the petitioners has been rightly held to be unsustainable by the Grievance Redressal Committee.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants tried to show that some of the applicants herein have filed their applications in the year 2018.
4. The said plea has been taken only in respect of applicant no.3 whereas the petition is a joint petition. In respect of applicant no.2 only an acknowledgement has been filed.
5. As the petition is a joint petition and in case there was any plea, which was available only to a particular petitioner/applicant, separate petitions should have been filed.
6. Consequently, we declined to examine the said aspect in the present application for review.
7. The application is accordingly rejected, however, without prejudice to Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Navin Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : C.S.C., Kaushalendra Nath Singh Radhey Gupta And 8 Others .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Opposite Party(s)
