Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. Pursuant to the order dated 22.05.2025, the minor corpus petitioner no. 1, Mohd Hasan has been produced by respondent no. 4, Atiq Hussain, the maternal grand father of the corpus. As the corpus petitioner no.1, Mohd Hasan is aged about 3 years, the sister of petitioner no. 2 Nadeem Hasan is also present before this Court and accordingly, the custody of the corpus has been handed over to petitioner no. 2 and his sister who shall take care of the corpus. The respondent no. 4, Atiq Hussain maternal father of the corpus is granted visitation right to meet his grand son regularly on every Sunday from 03:00 to 06:00 pm at the venue fixed by S.H.O., P.S. Chetganj, District Varanasi which shall be other than the police station. With the aforesaid direction the petition stands allowed.
