Mr. Arvind Prabodh Dubey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is notice dated 1st March, 2025 issued by respondent no.4 (the Assistant Engineer). He submits, it is purportedly pursuant to order passed in Public Interest Litigation. There has not been demarcation between his client's property and public land. The notice has been issued arbitrarily. 2. Mr. Amit Manohar, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the notice has been duly issued pursuant to direction made in a Public Interest Litigation. 3. There must be finding that petitioner has encroached. For the purpose, petitioner will make representation to respondent no.4 enclosing certified copy of this order within 16th June, 2025. We grant this time because notice is dated 1st March, 2025. In event the representation is made, said respondent will consider and inform finding to petitioner.
