JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY ORDER 21-03-2025 By this Interlocutory Application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for correction Page No.# 2/2 of an inadvertent typographical error occurred in the cause title of connected WP(C) No. 3405/2018 regarding PIN Code of the respondent No. 5, and the name & PIN Code of the respondent No.6. Considering the above, the Court is of the view that the applicant/petitioner is allowed to correct PIN Code of the respondent No. 5 as ‘781009’ instead of ‘781001’ and the name of the respondent No. 6 as ‘Sri Jiten Kumar’ instead of ‘Sri Jitu Kumar’ along with ‘PIN Code 781009’ in the cause title of the connected WP(C) No. 3405/2018. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner shall furnish an amended cause title before the Registry within a period of 5 (five) days with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondents.
