Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.5.2025, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submits that Writ Court in its order dated 1.3.2024 passed in Writ-C No. 6670 of 2024 directed the respondent no.2 to decide the case No.T202005310703801 within a period of three months, which has been decided by the opposite party vide order dated 15.7.2025, therefore, application has become infructuous, which is not objected by the learned counsel for the applicant. I have considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties and perused the order dated 15.7.2025. Prima facie, order of writ Court dated 1.3.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 6670 of 2024 has been complied with. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, file is consigned to record.
