This application has been filed by the applicants for challenging the order dated 05.05.2025 by which application of the applicants for discharge from personal appearance has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants would appear before the court concerned on the next date fixed and will not seek any adjournment on account of the fact that applicants are residents of Jharkhand. 4. A perusal of the order-sheet would go to show that applicants have been enlarged on bail on 07.10.2024, however, on 20.11.2024 the case was fixed for charges, however, some of the applicants are not appearing and as a result of the same, the non-bailable warrant has been issued rejecting exemption from personal appearance. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants at this stage submits that applicants will appear before the court concerned on the next date fixed. 6. In view of the aforesaid, order dated 05.05.2025 and non-bailable warrant issued against applicants is kept in abeyance provided applicants appear before the court concerned on 05.06.2025. In the event, applicants do not appear on the said date, the non-bailable warrant issued against applicants would be executed. However, in the event, applicants appear and file discharge application, the same shall also be considered provided charge may be framed, in accordance with law. 7.
