The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (a) For quashing the Notices dated 21.10.2024, 12.12.2024, 26.12.2024 and 15.1.2025 (Annexure-5 series) issued by the Circle Officer Itkhori, Chatra in connection with Dakhil Kharij Case No. 196/24-25 pertaining to the land under Mouja Itkhori, Khata No. 72, Plot Nos. 2443, 2454, 2549 and 2548 respectively, total area 5.5 D., whereby and whereunder, the petitioners and the respondents were directed to appear before the Circle Officer, Itkhori in connection with aforesaid Dakhil Kharij Case No. 196/24-25 on 14.12.2024, 29.10.2024, 06.01.2025 and 17.01.2025 respectively; (b) During pendency of the instant writ petition for an appropriate interim order for staying further proceedings which have been initiated based on the notices dated 21.10.2024, 12.12.2024, 26.12.2024 and 2025:JHHC:27823 2 W.P.(C) No.932 of 2025 15.01.2025 issued by the Circle Officer Itkhori, Chatra in connection with Dakhil Kharij Case No. 196/24-25. 3. In pursuance of order dated 01.09.2025, Ms. Savita Singh, Circle Officer, Itkhori, Chatra is physically present before this Court. 4. It is an admitted by the Circle Officer, Itkhori, Chatra that the impugned notices have been issued by mistake as the proceeding has already been closed in connection with Mutation Case No.196/2024-25. 5. In that view of the matter, impugned notices dated 21.10.2024, 12.12.2024, 26.12.2024 and 15.1.2025 (Annexure-5 series) issued by the Circle Officer Itkhori, Chatra in connection with Mutation Case No. 196/24-25 are, hereby, quashed and set aside. 6.
