Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some inadvertent errors have crept in in the pleadings of the writ petition and in such view of the matter, the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty. Mr. Konwar and Mr. Goswami learned counsel for the respective respondents have submitted that they have no objection to the said prayer. In view of the above submissions made by Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with the liberty, as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
