Deni Sharma and also the learned counsel for the respondents Mr. L. Brojen in these matters whereas in this proceeding seeking for consideration of the application under section 5 of Limitation Act, 1963 seeking for condonation delay of 435 days in filing the appeal. However, this application is appended with an affidavit and it is consisting of Para Nos.1-5. Therefore, keeping in view of the reasons stated in the aforesaid affidavit in support of set up case and more so, the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents in this matter, it is deemed appropriate that the application has been filed under section 5 of the limitation Act, 1963 is hereby considered in the interest of justice. However, the learned counsel for the parties in this Miscellaneous application whereby the said counsel in this matter submitting that the original proceeding in Appeal No.465 of 2025 may be referred to Lok Adalat, Manipur to explore the possibility of amicable settlement of the issues in between the parties. Accordingly, this matter is referred to the Lok Adalat. Both the parties in appeal No.465 of 2025 be present physically before the Lok Adalat. Accordingly, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Manipur be directed to set up the parties before the Lok Adalat to explore the possibility of amicable settlement of the issues in between the parties.
