This petition has been filed by the petitioners (8th & 9 th respondent in writ petition) to extend the time, granted by this court in the order passed in W.P.No.4818 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025. 2. This court, by order dated 02.04.2025 in W.P.No.4818 of 2025, has directed the respondents 5, 6 and 7 (Town and Country Planning and the Municipality authorities) to complete the process and demolish the unauthorised construction during the month of May 2025 and complete the enforcement action before commencement of the next academic year by restoring the building in accordance with the building plan approval. 3. The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners herein/8th and 9 th respondents in WP, submitted that though the petitioners had demolished the building, still, the beams are not removed. 4. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the petitioners are ready to bring the building in accordance with the plan. However, he seeks further time, so as to enable the petitioners to rectify the deviation, during vacation, which falls in the month of September 2025, in order to avoid inconvenience to the children studying in the school. 6. Considering the submission made by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners/8 th and 9 th respondents and keeping in mind the welfare of the students studying in the school, time is extended to 07.10.2025 to bring the building in accordance with the planning permission. 7.
