The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief: (i) For issuance of an appropriate directing the respondents not to intervene the peaceful possession of this petitioners with respect to the land purchased by the petitioner. Patna High Court CWJC No.7980 of 2017(3) dt.16-04-2025 3/3 (ii) For modification of Gazette notification under section 15(i) of ceiling Act dated 06/11/1984 with respect to the land of petitioners exempting the same from aforesaid Gazette notification by quashing other peace of land of the vendor. (iii) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners may be found entitled in facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel representing the State submits that old matters are being taken up and the writ petitions are being filed accordingly. In the present case, the petitioners want modification of the Gazette Notification dated 06.11.1984 when the dust has already settled in the matter. 4. This Court finds force in the submission of learned State counsel. However, in view of the fact that no one appears on behalf of the petitioners, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. vinayak/- (Rajiv Roy, J) U
