This petition is filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.33/2022 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haveri (sitting at Ranebennur)1. 2. The case of the petitioner is that, he is the son of the respondent. The respondent had filed an application under Section 125(1) of Cr.P.C., claiming the maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month before the Principal Senior Civil Jude and JMFC, Ranebennur2. The Trial Court allowed the petition and granted maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the respondent. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had approached Revisional Court. On perusal of the findings recorded by the Trial Court as well as the Revisional Court, it appears to be appropriate and proper. Therefore, it is not appropriate to interfere with the said findings. 4. Hence, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER (i) The petition is disposed off. (ii) The order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.33/2022 by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haveri (sitting at Ranebennur), is hereby confirmed. The total duration to pay the arrears is six months. However, by over sight it was not mentioned in the operative portion, the same may be corrected and rectified to secure the ends of justice.
