The said application was allowed on 14.08.2024 and the plaint was rejected. A Civil Appeal (Civil Appeal No.18 of 2024) was filed against the said order dated 14.08.2024. The said Appeal has been allowed vide impugned judgment dated 03.12.2024. 2. Heard Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for the proposed revisionist, Mr. K.S. Learned counsel for the proposed revisionist on instruction has requested to permit the revisionist to withdraw the proposed revision to file an appeal under Clause (u) of Rule 1 of Order XLIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the respondents. 5.
