The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the directions in the judgment dated 15th November, 2022, passed in W.P.(C) 2554/2012, read with orders dated 04th January, 2024 and 24th May, 2024, passed in CONT.CAS(C) 1219/2023. 2. This Court notes that vide judgment dated 15th November, 2022, directions had been issued in favour of the petitioner, in the following manner: “xxx xxx xxx This is a digitally signed order. When the aforesaid directions were not complied by the respondent, an earlier contempt petition being CONT.CAS(C) 1219/2023 came to be filed by the petitioner herein. 4. The said contempt petition was disposed of vide order dated 24th May, 2024, by noting as follows: 6. Perusal of the aforesaid orders show that pursuant to the directions passed in the judgment dated 15th November, 2022, the Directorate of Education (“DoE”) Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (“GNCTD”) offered appointment to the petitioner to the post of Data Entry This is a digitally signed order.
