Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Counsel for the petitioner today informs the Court that in the interregnum, the civil suit has been decided ex parte against the petitioner, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition as the petitioner intends to have recourse to the statutory remedy as may be available. He further submits that this liberty be granted to the petitioner that he may in the said proceedings raise the contentions that were raised in the present petition. 2. The petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
