The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 75, 303(2) and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution story, the petitioner used to stalk the minor daughter of the informant and touched her inappropriately and also tried to carry her towards bamboo clamps. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to surrender before the learned District Court and seek Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55211 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 regular bail. 5. Learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed by the Madras High Court in the case of Vijayalakshmi & Anr. vs. State Rep. by the Inspector of Police & Anr. reported in (2021) SCC OnLine Mad 317 and pass order in accordance with law. 6.
