Learned Advocate Ms. Tithi Thackar appearing for the applicants, seeks permission to withdraw this petition on the condition that the time to deposit 20% of the compensation amount is extended by two months, upon filing an undertaking to that effect before this Court as well as the trial Court within a period of one week. 2. Accordingly, the time to deposit 20% of the compensation amount is extended by two months from today, on the condition that an undertaking to the said effect is filed before this Court as well as the trial Court within one week from today. If such undertaking is not filed, the petition shall be deemed to have been withdrawn unconditionally. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with the aforesaid direction, as prayed for by learned advocate Ms. Tithi Thackar appearing for the applicant.
