(ORAL) Suit for possession by way of specific performance based upon an agreement to sell dated 27.09.2016 regarding property in dispute, as filed by the plainffs-Manjit Singh and Gurpiar Singh (respondents herein) was decreed by the trial Court on 31.01.2023. The defendant of the case namely Kulwinder Singh (peoner herein) filed an appeal on 04.05.2023, which is pending for necessary disposal before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Faridkot. Presently it is fixed for 27.05.2025, as per the various zimini orders, which have been placed on record as Annexure P-10. 2. However, in the meanme the plainffs-decree-holders had filed an execuon (Annexure P-6), wherein applicaon was moved by the peoner to stay the proceedings due to pendency of the appeal. However, rejecng the objecons, the Execung Court has appointed an official of the Court as Local Commissioner for ge>ng the sale deed executed.
