Act, Police Station-Chunar, District- Mirzapur, Sheela Kumari Vs. Sanjay Sonkar and Others, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. (C.A.W.) Mirzapur. 3. Sri Mithilesh Kumar Gupta (A/M-0454/2012), holding brief of Ms. Anju Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants on his instructions seeks to withdraw the present application wherein challenge has been raised with liberty to file fresh on account of technical inherent defects. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
