He has clearly stated the role of the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal misc. bail application with liberty to renew the prayer of bail after recording the testimony of witness Sanjeet Kumar @ Kallu Meena. Permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, this criminal misc. bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
