It has been stated by Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that the vehicle of the petitioner has been released. He states that if the petitioner approaches the bank, within a period of 10 days from today, the bank would re-schedule the loan account for the remaining amount. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of. 3. However, it is expected and as undertaken by the counsel for the bank, if the petitioner approaches the bank within a period of 10 days from today, the bank would re-schedule the loan account of the petitioner for the remaining amount and would facilitate the petitioner in paying off the loan.
