Learned counsel Sri Anwarali D. Nadaf, appears through video conference. Learned AGA Sri Sharad V. Magadum for respondent No.1 and learned counsel Sri Sanjay S. Channal for respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present before the Court.
2. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of
order dated 30.01.2024 passed in WP No.103200/2021 wherein this Court directed the respondents to consider the reply of the petitioner-complainant and pass necessary orders.
3. Today learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 files memo dated 09.10.2025 enclosing communication dated 25.09.2025 issued by Bagalkot Town Development Authority informing the complainant that permission for construction of building for religious purpose cannot be permitted in a site which is allotted under Rehabilitation scheme
4. As the respondents/accused Nos.2 and 3 have considered the reply of the petitioner-complainant and issued communication dated 25.09.2025, we are of the considered

opinion that there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court. Hence, we drop further proceedings. Contempt proceedings are closed reserving liberty to the complainant – petitioner to challenge the communication if so advised.
