CRA No.364-2024 titled as 'Bahadur Singh vs. Ranbir Singh' whereby, the application filed by the complainant/respondent under Section 148 of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 seeking direction to the Petitioner to deposit 20% compensation amount has been allowed.
