The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahdepura P.S. Case No. 677 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 327, 386, 307, 504, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51166 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Considering the antecedent of the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail. 4. The petitioners, if so advised, may seek regular bail before the learned District Court. The learned District Court is directed to pass a necessary order, in accordance with law, on the basis of materials available on record, on the same day, the bail application is filed, without any further delay and without being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court. 5.
