Misc. 29351 of 2016 which was dismissed for default by this Court vide order dated 11.10.2023. 2. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that failure of the petitioners to attend the matter was neither willful nor negligent, but on account of unavoidable reason. 3. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the Petitioners, the present petition is allowed, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53430 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 restoring Cr. Misc.
