(ORAL) These appeals are by the Haryana School Teachers Selection Board questioning the directions issued by the learned Single Judge to award one additional mark to the writ petitioners on account of their possessing the NCC 'B' certificate. It has been observed by the learned Single Judge that the NCC 'C' certificate was available and had been produced by the writ petitioners at the time of their recruitment. It has also been observed that the NCC 'C' certificate can be issued only to a candidate who has qualified for and SMRITI 2025.09.19 10:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment LPA-704-2020 (O&M) & LPA-42-2021 (O&M) -2- obtained the NCC 'B' certificate. Since the existence of the NCC 'C' certificate with the writ petitioners was undisputed, the learned Single Judge came to the conclusion that the existence of the NCC 'B' certificate on part of the writ petitioners could be presumed and, accordingly, one additional mark was allowed in favour of the writ petitioners. The directions of the learned Single Judge were issued on 10.02.2020. Though, the appeals have been filed in the years 2020 and 2021 but no interim protection was granted. Learned counsel for the respondent(s) has produced before the Court the appointment orders issued in favour of the writ petitioners. These orders were issued on 27.06.2022 and 29.06.2022. The appointment letters are otherwise not subject to any order passed in this appeal. Considering the nature of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, and also the fact that the writ petitioners have already been appointed and have been working for the last several years, we are not persuaded to interfere in the present appeals and the same are accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
