The petitioner is before this Court seeking following prayer: A. “Issue Writ in the nature of certiorari and quash the provisional selection list dtd 19/8/2025 in SAM.UNIKO/ MAMAAE/ AMKAKA/AMSA/TA.AA.PA/2025/26/886 issued by respondent no.3 under Annexure-F. B. Issue necessary direction to the Respondent no.2 to 5 as per Annexure-E to consider the representation of the petitioner dtd. 21/8/2025, and to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganawadi Teacher/Worker at Anganwadi centre situated at Habalakatti, Mastikatti-2, Malagitti post, Kushtagi Taluk, Koppal District. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14898 WP No. 108093 of 2025 C. Issue such other order or direction as may be deemed fit to grant in the circumstances of the case.” 2. The petitioner is a participant in the selection process initiated for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Worker at Habalakatti, Mastikatti-2, Malagitti Post, Kushtagi Taluk, Koppal District. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Somashekharaiah.R.P, submits that pursuant to the notification of the provisional select list, the petitioner has submitted detailed objections. The apprehension expressed is that the final select list may be notified without considering the petitioner’s objections. 4. In light of this apprehension, learned HCGP Smt.Girija Hiremath, submits that if the objections of the petitioner have not already been considered, the same will be examined strictly in accordance with law, and appropriate action will be taken. 5. In view of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent– selecting authority to consider the objections filed by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14898 WP No. 108093 of 2025 petitioner to the provisional select list and take the matter to its logical conclusion in accordance with law. 6.
