In order to buttress his contention, he has invited our attention to communication dated 13/03/2024, issued by the Joint Director, whereby guidance was sought from the Director of Higher Education. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that he has made a detailed representation dated 10/03/2025, which till date, has not been decided. 4. Considering the fact that the said representation is still pending, we direct the respondent No.3 to decide the same within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.
