This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the application dated 16.1.2025 arising out of case crime no.131 of 2024 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Gujaini, Kanpur Nagar pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No. 5, Kanpur Nagar expeditiously. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the bail application was moved by the applicant before the competent Court on 16.1.2025 but since then the bail application is pending although the interim protection was granted by the learned trial Court but the said application was not decided on merits. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 5. In the circumstances, the trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid application preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, keeping in view the heavy work load in the said Court. 6. However, the trial Court shall also keep in mind the order passed by this Court on 3.4.2025 in Application U/S 528 BNSS No. 10665 of 2025. 7. It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and executive authorities, counsels, parties to the case, staff etc. are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 8.
