Learned counsel for the respondent has drawn the attention of the Court towards the order dated 4.7.2025 passed by the court below wherein ex-parte order passed against the revisionist has been recalled and accordingly, the revision has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist has not made any objection in this regard. 4.
