Heard Shri Bijendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has assailed the order dated 30.01.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that against the order petitioner has already approached the appellate authority, namely respondent No.2 who may be directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the same as the third relief is claimed for the very said purpose. 5. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2 to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of two months from production of certified copy of this order. 6. Petitioner may also move necessary stay application against the recovery pursuant to the order and if he does so within the same period, the same shall be consider and disposed of within a period of two weeks in the first instance.
