The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs : - "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner for being organized Maa Ahilya Hunkar Rally at play ground Sikandrarao, Hathras in celebration of 300th birthday of Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Jee scheduled to be held on 31.05.2025 through Mateshwari Ahilyabai Holkar Seva Samit & Pal, Baghal & Dhangar community, so that justice may be done. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent 2 & 3 to consider and decide claim of petitioner contained in representation dated 10.05.2025 for beingpermit the petitioner for being organized Maa Ahilya Hunkar Rally at play ground Sikandrarao, Hathras in celebration of 300th birthday of Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Jee scheduled to be held on 31.05.2025 through Mateshwari Ahilyabai Holkar Seva Samit & Pal, Baghal & Dhangar community, so that justice may be done." From the supplementary affidavit it appears that another program of a political leader has been scheduled on the same date and at the same place which is sought by the petitioner for his own program. The petitioner has no fundamental or statutory right to hold his program at the same place. The petition is dismissed.
