The claim of the petitioner under Government Order dated 13.10.2022 for compensation in case of natural disaster submitted on 03.06.2023 has not been decided so far. The petitioner has, accordingly, prayed for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to decide the claim. 2. Shri Rajiv Gupta, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel does not oppose the prayer. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner as contained in her application dated 03.06.2023 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
