S. No. 88 Suppl. IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP(C) 210/2025 CM(418/2025) M/S KOUSERYA TRANSPORT MINI BUS ASSOCIATION …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: Mr. Bhat Fayaz, Advocate Vs UNION TERRITORY OF J AND K (TRANSPORT) AND ORS ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Bikramdeep Singh, Dy. AG vice Mr. Furkaan Sofi, GA CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDER 05.02.2025 1. The writ petition per se does not bear appropriate pleadings to introduce the legal status of the petitioner so as to become a writ petitioner for invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under article 226 of the Constitution of India, that too, for the purpose of seeking a writ of mandamus which can be granted only in favour of a person, be it natural/legal/juristic, in sufferance of denial/deprivation of a legal right at the hands of the State and its authorities. 2. In light of this, learned counsel for the petitioner humbly submits that he be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one so as to introduce the locus and legal status of the petitioner to the fullness of mention. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted. (RAHUL BHARTI) JUDGE SRINAGAR 05.02.2025 AAMIR Amir Rashid Sofi I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 07.02.2025 15:30
