The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari there by quashing the order dated 28/07/2016 passed by the learned Additional Labour Court Hubli in Application No.51/2016 the copy of the same is produced and marked as Annexure-C to the writ petition and consequently be passed to dismiss the Application No.51/2014 filed by the respondent on the file of labour court Belagavi in the interest of justice and equity. ii) Issue such other relief and further relief as are deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court to grant in the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Despite the order dated 05.08.2025, compliance has not been done. None appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
