By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayers: ―(A) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or similar or other appropriate WRIT or direction to the Respondent No. 1 directing the respondent to convert the application into case and to start the conciliation proceedings in the MSME claim petition no. UDYAM-DL-10- 0024755/M/00001 as per the provisions of Section 18(2) and 18(3) of the MSMED Act, 2006. (B) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or similar or other appropriate writ or direction to the Respondent No. 1 to adjudicate the MSME claim petition no.
