This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "(i) Direct the Learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the Divorce Case No. 763 of 2020 (Sandeep vs. Rakhi) filed by the petitioner/plaintiff dated 28.09.2020 under section 13(A)1 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. within a stipulated period." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
