This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the effect and operation of approval of society registration of Sri Raghunath Ji Mandir Samiti dated 29.03.2025 by respondent no.2 and issued renewal certificate dated 29.03.2025 in the interest of justice." 2. At the outset, an objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel as to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground of availability of a remedy of reference before the State Government under Section 3-B of the Societies Registration Act, 1860. 3. When confronted, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition as the petitioner would seek an appropriate alternative remedy. 4.
