ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner’s representation dated 07-07-2025, as per Annexure-D, in accordance with law; ii. Issue such other Writ/order direction as deemed fit under the facts circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. 2. The petitioner’s family having certain disputes, an FIR in Crime No.0104 of 2025 has been registered, which is under investigation by respondent No.3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the investigation is not being carried out properly, and as such, the petitioner has detailed out his grievances in the representation dated 07.07.2025 at Annexure-D.
3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, investigation has not been carried out in accordance with law, and as such, the said representation has been submitted. - 3 -

4. Sri. Sharad Magadum, learned AGA, who has accepted notice for the respondents, submits that the investigation is being carried out in accordance with law, and the petitioner cannot have any grievance in respect thereof. 5.
Be that as it may, when during the course of investigation the parties involved bring to the notice of the Investigating Officer any particular aspect of the investigation, it would be required for the Investigating Officer to consider the same during the course of investigation. 6. As such, directing respondent No.3 to consider the issues raised by the petitioner in the representation dated 07.07.2025 at Annexure-D, during the course of investigation, the petition stands disposed of.
