This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Case No. 3847 of 2016, arising out of case no. 697 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 352, 325, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It appears from the perusal of the record that the applicant before this Court is the informant of the case and the above case is pending at the stage of recording of evidence since long. Needless to say that evidence may be adduced by the applicant / informant himself but it is very strange that instead of adducing evidence, the applicant / informant unnecessarily knocked the door of this Court, which is not a good practice. No direction is required to be issued to the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case. The applicant is warned not to file such type of frivolous application in future otherwise some adverse order may be passed against him. 4.
