The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing authority concerned to implement the the order dated 25- 02-2025 passed by the Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh / Respondent no.2 on the Application of the petitioners dated 25-02-2025 and to provide the possession to petitioners on the basis of registered sale deed dated 19- 01-2023 over Arazi No.2104, situated at Village Sarwa, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau on their respective share according to sale deed." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have purchased a land by a registered sale deed but petitioners have not been put in possession and petitioners have made an application in this regard before the revenue authorities. 4.
