Heard Sri Nitin Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Atul Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for Nagar Nigam and Sri Shubhranshu Shekhar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is put under suspension on 8.5.2025. He further submits that till this writ petition was filed on 14.5.2025 no charge sheet was issued and further prayed that the order impugned is illegal and petitioner was put under suspension on unsustainable charges. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that charge sheet is issued on 13.06.2025 and it has been communicated to the petitioner through registered post dated 12.7.2025. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner on basis of instructions submits that the petitioner has still not received the charge sheet, however he further fairly submits that he will co-operate during the disciplinary proceedings and prays the same be concluded expeditiously. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances considering that petitioner is recently put in under suspension on 8.5.2025 and now the charge sheet has been issued and in case it is still not served upon the petitioner he has liberty to appear before the Inquiry Officer on 21.07.2025 and Inquiry Officer will supply a copy of the same. 6. The petitioner will submit a reply within 15 days thereafter and the inquiry be concluded within four weeks thereafter with the cooperation of the petitioner. It is also observed that despite cooperation if the inquiry report is not submitted within aforesaid period the impugned suspension order shall be kept in abeyance subject to outcome of the final conclusion of this writ petition. It is also observed that this Court not entered into merits of the case so far as charges is concerned. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
