Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the petitioner had approached this Court against an order passed by the respondent- Board qua temporary disconnection of the electricity connection of the petitioner. She submits that during the pendency of the petition, the electricity connection of the petitioner has been disconnected permanently and in light of these developments, this petition has lost its efficacy. 2.
