Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State respondent. 2. Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to decide the representation dated 4.4.2025 moved by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date FIR has not been lodged and he has already moved an application before Superintendent of Police, Mau on 4.4.2025, which is pending consideration. 4. The State law officer submits that the compliant was entertained on 9.4.2025 and after investigation, it was found that the allegations were totally false. 5. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to issue any direction at this stage. Suffice to indicate, in case petitioner is aggrieved she may move fresh application before S.P., Mau in case any such application is preferred, we hope and trust the same will be decided in accordance with law. 6. In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application under BNSS before the third respondent i.e., Superintendent of Police, Mau ventilating his grievance within two weeks from today and in case any such application is being preferred definitely the same would be looked into, examined and remedied strictly in accordance with law.
