Petitioner is claiming Rs.1,39,173.92/- from respondent no.3 by way of money due on the Agreement No.02/EUDC-1/2018-19 dated 03.04.2018 (t-31/17-18). That amount is described to be admitted to the respondents. In that regard reliance has been placed on certain internal communications. 3. Without reaching any firm conclusion as to the fact since the claim is pending before respondent no.2, the writ petition is disposed of with direction upon the said respondents to proceed to deal with and decide the petitioner's claim within a period of one month. Any amount found due and payable may be paid out to the petitioner within a further period of one month.
