Mantagani for the appellant as well as learned AGA for respondents No.1 and 2. Perused the entire writ appeal papers. 2. The only question in the above writ appeal is as to ‘whether bridge course conducted by the Karnataka State Open University1 is equivalent to 10th standard examination conducted by Karnataka Secondary School Examination Board?’2 3. Learned Single Judge placing reliance on the decision of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.50268/2014 and connected writ petitions, wherein, it is held that it is not for this Court to consider whether the bridge course is equivalent to SSLC or not, 1 Hereinafter referred to as the ‘KSOU’ 2 Hereinafter referred to as ‘SSLC’ - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6859-DB WA No. 100444 of 2023 dismissed the writ petition. This Court has held that the bridge course conducted by the KSOU is not equivalent to 10th standard examination conducted by SSLC Board. 4. In that view of the matter, we do not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge and also we do not find any merit in the present appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands disposed off. 5. In view of disposal of writ appeal, pending applications, if any, stand disposed of as not surviving for consideration.
