By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction towards the Tahsildar/respondent who is not complying with the order of the Collector despite the Collector 04/09/2024 directed the Tahsildar to recover the amount from the private respondent within fifteen days. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuance to the judgment and decree of Sixth Additional District Judge, Bilaspur on an execution proceeding, there was a direction by the Collector to Tahsildar for recovery of certain amount from the respondent Nos.4 & 5. Thereafter, the Collector issued a direction to the Tahsildar on 04/09/2024 vide Annexure P-4 to recover the amount within fifteen days, however, the Tahsildar is not taking any steps for compliance of the communication of the Collector. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that it is very clear from the communication of the Office of the Collector dated 04/09/2024 Annexure P-4 that the Collector has directed the Tahsildar to take steps for recovery of the amount pursuance to a decree of the learned Civil Court, hence, the respondent/Tahsildar shall take immediate steps for compliance of the order of the Collector, if the same has not been done till date. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahsildar/respondent to comply with the order of the Collector within a period of fifteen days, if the same has not been done till date. 6.
