THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or in nature of any other writ directing the respondent No.2 to pass an order to consider the representation to allot the teaching workload for AEX 202 communication skills and personality development for second semester of B.SC, BL.TECH and community science studying at R2 university dated. 15/04/2024 vide Annexure-C. ii) Pass such orders as this hon ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the petitioner shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner has sought a mandamus from this Court to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for the allotment of teaching workload for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:9870 WP No. 102857 of 2024 AEX 202 Communication Skills and Personality Development. 3. The allocation of teaching workload, including the allocation of a particular subject and all matters incidental thereto, falls well within the administrative domain of the respondents. No mandamus can be issued by this Court directing the respondents to allot a particular subject to the petitioner. There being no vested right in the petitioner’s to seek such a relief, I am of the opinion that there are no grounds being made out, the petition stands dismissed.
